Josh and Allison’s big day truly portrayed the elegance and style of a Southern wedding. Enjoy these breathtaking images captured by Angel Wings Photography!
“Josh and Allison met in the Summer of 2010 at a baseball field while he was coaching her cousin’s little league baseball team. Their first date was a Grand Slam and they decided to tie the knot two years later on October 12th, 2013. Picking Samary Plantation was a no-brainer because of the beautiful location and the down-home feel of the farm. Their wedding style was “rustic-country charm.” They worked hard to incorporate details that would make the guests feel at home, but also exemplify who they were. Every decision had special meaning behind it: the cross they used as their altar was used in Josh’s mom’s wedding, the baseball glove and ball used was his late father’s, and the Pabst beer they served was her grandfather’s favorite. They were incredibly blessed with perfect weather and were so thankful for all the hard work their vendors and family put in to make it even more stunning! Some of their favorite bits were the cigar bar lounge, Josh’s life-like M4 groom’s cake, the coffee bar with donut holes, and their getaway race car! It was truly a dream day.” ~ Melodie with Angel Wings Photography
