Happy Friday Lovlies! For those of you wondering, we had a successful yard sale last weekend. This weekend I’ll be back on renovating duty and looking forward to finally having a ceiling in my living room. We removed it last fall and have lived with plastic and insulation for long enough. 8 months is too long to be without one. While I’m getting insulation in my eyes, you can be having a great girls night assembling these adorable silverware holders!

What I love about these sweet settings is that you can personalize them any way you like. Don’t like flowers? Make one of those adorable fabric pom poms from last week and tie it on. The jute webbing is available in Black or Red and can be found at your local fabric in the upholstery supply aisle. At my JoAnns I believe it’s around $.36 per yard and with a 40% off coupon it’s really cost effective. The sewing is all just straight lines and you could churn these out pretty quickly or cheat and use a liquid stitch glue! Don’t want to print your own fabric? Just find some you love at the fabric store and use it.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Jute Webbing (black is hard to find, but you can purchase it at BurlapFabric.com) (I have found black at dedicated upholstery shops in my area. Make a few calls and I bet you can find it close too.)
Some muslin (only if you print your own fabric)
Spray adhesive (only if you print your own fabric)
Card Stock (only if you print your own fabric)
A fabric covered button set
Card Stock (only if you print your own fabric)
Fine Point Pen or Marker
Computer & Printer
Scissors
Button maker (she actually uses a big pin/button maker but you could use the cheap covered button kits from the fabric notions section at your craft store)
Sewing Machine or liquid stitch glue
