Forget those old metallic party store blowers. These are fun to make and really take your wedding details to the next level. The secret to these are
using a thin paper. Look for a paper that’s about the same weight as copy paper.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Plastic straw
- Vellum
- Double-sided sheet adhesive
- Scissors
- Decorative paper
- Clear tape
- Pencil
- Rubber band
- White glue
- Decorative tape
