Trash The Dress Without The Mess

When I saw This Trash The Dress session last week by Lane Photography, I was captivated by the natural setting, the horse, the stunning yellow fields, and a very lovely couple. Here is what Scott, with Lane Photography, had to say:

It has been almost a year and a half since the last time I saw Erin and Blake, which was on their wedding day. Erin and I had talked a while about doing a Trash the Dress session, well the day finally arrived.

I think that the Trash the Dress session has gotten a bad name since it has been around. Although some photographers will really take the name of the session to heart and really trash the dress, by having the bride get in water, roll in dirt, play with paint, and as a bride who was a stunt woman, set it on fire, we don’t really trash the dress. Its more of a bridal session after the wedding day has come and gone. I think it is an awesome way to get those amazing pictures that you wouldn’t normally want to do on the wedding day, or have the time to do either.
