Today we’re sharing yet another beautiful wedding by the lovely Rachel Moore Photography. I am in LOVE with the way the black and white film shots contrast against the colored digitals. Film is making a come back and I think it adds a quality to images that you just can’t replicate with pixels.
From Rachel: I could not get enough of this couple or their wedding. Rachel and Gregory are both such “lovely people” as was mentioned during their ceremony. Featured first are some photos from Rachel’s sunrise bridal session, then it flows into the wedding. She chose an incredible dress and added sheer, delicate sleeves. Notice how it flows when she moves- beautiful! For this session and wedding I experimented with using black and white film with a Hasselblad camera. So if you see some gritty black and whites- that’s why. Both Rachel and Gregory are hobbyist photographers and I thought it would add a neat detail to their wedding coverage.
