This beautiful wedding was shared by Rachel Moore Photography. I love the traditional cathedral ceremony paired with the reception at The Governors Club historic Pleasant Hill Mansion. What a beautiful day! Congrats to Ali and Jonny!
From Rachel:
What an incredible couple and wedding! Jonny is from England and Ali grew up here in Nashville. They met in San Francisco through their jobs working for Kiva. Ali and Jonny had their ceremony at Covenant Presbyterian Church, probably the most beautiful church I’ve photographed a wedding in. Ali wore the dress that her Grandmother wore for her wedding! Ali was so adorable, I could see why all of her family and friends just love her! Ali’s groom, Jonny, was all decked out in his traditional British attire looking snazzy.
I was allowed up in the balcony during the ceremony, which allowed me to get a birds eye view. Up in the balcony with me, they had family friend oil painting. They asked her to paint during the ceremony and reception. Such a fun detail!
The reception at the Governor’s Club started out with croquet and a string quartet. As it got darker the lights made it so warm and inviting. At the end of the night, beautiful Ali and her charming groom drove off to their honey moon in New Zealand and New Caledonia. They are now settling in their home in San Francisco!
It was such a blessing to photograph this wedding and to witness their wonderful community of family and friends.
