One of the hottest Nashville wedding trends for this summer is food trucks! And believe it or not, Nashville is home to a variety of mobile vendors that serve a delicious assortment of food. Here are a few of our favorites:
How can you not love this name? Especially if you’re a woman. Barbie Burgers has an AMAZING menu and they offer a variety of burgers. There’s nothing quite like a deliciously warm, gooey grilled cheese sandwich that was just pulled from the griddle. The Grilled Cheeserie kicks things up a notch or two. 
Not only do they have specialty melts like the Croque Madame (Gruyere, ham, whole grain mustard, fried egg on sourdough), but you can also make your own melt by choosing from a variety of cheeses, breads, toppings, etc. And to top off the whole Grilled Cheeserie experience, of course you can add a side of old fashioned tomato soup, tater tots and more. We guarantee The Grilled Cheeserie will not disappoint.
Check out these delectable treats from The Bang Candy Company. This dreamy little food cart offers tasty gourmet marshmallows half-dipped in Belgian chocolate. They offer a variety of flavors, including rose cardamom, toasted coconut, orange ginger cinnamon and more. In addition to these sweet little marshmallow fluffs, they also offer flavored drinks and cocktail-inspired lollipops. Go “like” their fan page to stay up to date with Sarah and her cart. You never know when you’ll need a marshmallow fix!
