Dear Brides,
We understand that organizing your big day can be taxing, especially if the resources you need aren’t readily available. These tips are designed to keep you organized and maybe even have a little fun in the process.
Go Get ‘Em!
Seating Charts
– Sit down with your fiancé and have a discussion about whom should sit with whom to avoid any potential problems.
– Color-coordinating your guests with his, hers, work, and friends categories using thin sticky-notes and paper plates makes designing a seating chart easy.
Planning/ Scheduling
-Buy a separate planner/ calendar to write down appointments and important dates.
-As a back-up, program them into your phone with alarms so that you don’t have to rely on your memory to be a prompt bride.
-As insistent as some of you may be that you got this, having a month-of-coordinator makes the process So MUCH easier to handle when there are more hands-on deck, especially with those pesky little details.
RSVP’s
-For the traditional bride that uses paper invitations— create an in and out box system for those that are attending and for those who have declined. For those that have accepted, make a color-coded key for their dinner order and mark their invite with the correct colored sticky-note.
-For you tech-savvy brides out there— create a spreadsheet of those that are attending, their dinner order, and maybe even their table number.
