Today we’re sharing an easy DIY that can make a big impact. Consider using colored yarn in coordinating color, light them up with a lamp kit making them a great paper lantern alternative, or place them on tables as part of your centerpieces. The possibilities are endless.

Here’s what you’ll need:
- Big balloons
- Sharpie
- Scissors
- Cotton yarn
- 4 oz. White school glue
- 1/2 cup of Corn starch
- 1/4 cup of Warm water
- Stirring Utensil
- Petroleum jelly
- Clear fast drying spray paint
- Hanging lamp cord or fishing line (depending on your desired final product)
- Container for mixing
