Keith and his team at Grand Central Party Rental were absolutely amazing. He was incredibly flexible and used a consultative rather than sales-focused approach, which I found when I had contacted other event rental service providers in town. His farm tables, burlap tablecloths, lace runners, etc. were absolutely perfect for our outdoor rustic-style reception. I received non-stop compliments on how beautiful the rentals were. Grand Central Party Rental did a wonderful job with my wedding rentals. Melody was so wonderful to work with and was so helpful. We had almost signed a contract with a different company but just were not thrilled with them and their customer service. Keith and his staff at Grand Central Party rental did an absolutely awesome job for daughter’s wedding! Melody and the office staff were so patient with us as were worked through our rental needs and finalizing what we needed. We provided Brett with a drawing for the layout for the wedding, cocktail hour, outdoor dinner seating, Italian lights and barn reception. Rustic bars and table top barrels for the cocktail were just perfect. Farm tables mixed with the linen tables were just the ticket .Our wedding was at a large venue and we utilized the whole property, so it took a keen eye and a lot of work to set-up and take down under the time constraints we were given by the venue. Everything was perfectly set-up and the barn door draping was exactly like the picture we showed him. They worked to keep us in our budget and most importantly this mother of the bride, didn’t have to worry that they would get things delivered and set up on time. We could not have ask for anything more.
As an event planner in the wedding business Grand Central Party is my go to place for all rentals for my brides. Keith and his staff are all so helpful and always makes sure I get what I need to make my events a success. They are one of the best to get me quotes back to my brides in a timely manner.
